About
Aristocrat

Aristocrat is global gaming content and technology company and mobile games publisher. We was developing a B2B sales app for their main industry sector - digital slots machines.

Project Overview

The main objective of this project was to design an app that would assist the Aristocrat sales team:

  • Managing slot machine content on-the-go;
  • More flexibility in organize presentation to present to client;
  • Presenting with 3D visualization and data easily, boosting successful pitching;
  • Communicating quotes and orders with order department.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the UX/UI designer, I was responsible for:

  • Designing an easy-to-use, intuitive, and visually appealing interface following the client's branding guidelines
  • Participating in client meetings to gather feedback on the app's design
  • Preparing presentation materials like user flows and design comparisons
  • Categorizing existing slot machine data to make it easier for the sales team to use

Challenges

I faced the challenge of navigating messy existing data and designing multiple iterations over the year.

It was a complex project that required constant communication and collaboration with the development team, project manager, and stakeholders to ensure that we met the client's needs and delivered a high-quality product.

Results

The App was successfully delivered and implemented, reaching over 60 internal sales users in the US and allowing them to present to hundreds of casino owners.

One of the important learning from the project includes the importance of effective data organization and visualization for user accessibility, the need for regular iterations and design updates, and the value of incorporating user feedback into the design process.

Since the app is covered by a non-disclosure agreement, only limited information can be shared publicly. Reach out for full details on the results and potential impact of the app.
